Our Return & Exchange Policy
In our store wendaospte.com, if you don’t like the goods you ordered, we accept returns. However, please contact us first. Once we confirm, you will receive an email regarding the Return Details.
We do not allow used items to be returned. If you need to make a return, please ensure that the items are in 100% unused condition and come with the original packaging. If not, we will refuse the return for a refund and will not cover the loss.
Please note:
- All FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- All Flash Sale products are final sale, with no returns or exchanges allowed.
- Orders can be returned within 7 days after you receive them.
All products must be shipped back unused with the original packaging, and the packaging must not be defaced in any way; otherwise, an exchange will not be issued. All exchanges must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice.
Please follow the instructions below to ensure that your return package will be processed and received:
- Please contact our customer service to obtain a Return Authorization Number. If, for any reason, you are unable to contact us, simply write your Order number, first and last name, and address on a piece of paper and insert it into your return package.
- Please indicate whether you would like an EXCHANGE and for which model, or if you would prefer a RETURN for a refund. If you prefer an exchange and there is a difference in price, we will simply send you an invoice via email to pay the difference.
- If you received a free gift from a promotion in your order and you are making a return, we ask that you send the free gift back as well. The free gift only applies if you are going to do an exchange.
- For faster processing, we encourage you to return for a refund and re-order the goods you would like to avoid waiting for the return processing time.
- We strongly suggest keeping your tracking number so we can confirm that your package has been safely delivered to our shipping facilities. We will not accept responsibility for items returned to our facility without a tracking number. You are responsible for the shipping cost to return your set back to us.
- Please allow 4 – 6 business days from the date the return is delivered to be notified by a representative.
Shipping cost for Return or Exchange:
You are responsible for all shipping costs for returns and exchanges, and we recommend that you send your exchange with a tracking number as we will not be held responsible for lost returns.
Refunds for any return exclude the initial shipping cost paid to ship your package. That shipping fee is non-refundable.
